Slalom on the hillside of Bałczyna

For all those who visit the Town and Commune of Ostrzeszów wait accommodation facilities of different standard, Sport and Recreation Centre with a sandy beach and a slide, farm houses, horse-riding centres as well as walking, cycling and riding tracks. The second highest hill in the Wielkopolska region – Bałczyna ( 278 m above sea level ) is a natural site for winter sports, gliding and hang gliding.

the keep and remains of castle walls (dated back to the first half of the 14th century)
the St Mary’s Parish Church from the 14th century with precious wall paintings
the post-Benedictine monastery and church (second half of the 17th century)
the St Nicholas wooden church (XVII century)
