The Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST – PARK” was established to 20 years, i.e. till 28 May, 2017. Over this span of time the WSEZ offers attractive terms and conditions for the entrepreneurs:
1. Public Subsidy Scheme, witch may be conceded to support new investments or create new workplaces, connected with the particular investment. Economic entities investing within the area of The Wałbrzych Special Zone “INVEST – PARK” Ltd. – might gain maximum intensity of public subsidy which amounts to 50% of costs, qualified for inclusion in the public subsidy scheme – based upon condition of minimum investment value of 100,000 EURO. In the case of creation of new workplaces connected with the particular investment – the public subsidy equals 50% of economic entity spending value of two year costs of work of newly hired employees, which include costs of total solary – enlarged by all compulsory payments involved in their employment. It is required to maintain those workplaces for minimum period of 5 years.
Public aid includes:
Income tax exemption,
Help Schemes offered by the Local Employment Office for employment of school graduates and other unemployed citizens, who are supported by finances from the Work Fund,
Real estate exemption (communes where building plots are located express their will to exempt new investors from real estate tax).
Maximum intensity of public help allocated to small and medium size entrepreneurs is enlarged by 15% points.

2. Reduction of civil and legal deeds tax for purchase of real estates located within the zone amounting to 50%.

3. Statutory shortening of procedures for foreigners to receive a real estate purchase permit.

On the 11th of July, 2000 there has been created a special, local zone and an investment park in Dzierżoniów.

The Dzierżoniów Investment Park (DIP) is a buildingless area, developed and with a convenient transport access. There is a possibility of the development of the production line or service-production activity, excluding any activity which might be environmentally unfriendly. The area belonging do DPI will be sold to enterprises according to the Real Estate Act (Government Regulations No 115/741, updated). The prospective investors are offered total real estate tax reduction during the first ten years since the day of the registration of the economical activity within the zone and the 50% relief for the rest of the period of activity of the zone (that is until July 10th, 2021).

In order to create convenient opportunities for investments in the area of Dzierżoniów, especially for little and medium sized companies, there is an intention of creating the Incubator of Initiative in our town.
