The Community is ready to cooperate in following areas:
agricultural manufacture, production of agricultural crops (such as corn, oil plants, potatoes, strawberries, etc.) as well as, environmentally-friendly forms of energy production (such as wind and water power stations, organic sewage power stations, and the production of propulsive oils from rape).
Potegowo Community possesses a well-developed telecommunication infrastructure, consisting of fibre optic cabling, mobile phone stations, an extensive underground cable network, electricity network.
In Potęgowo, we can offer attractive areas for industrial investment, totalling 47,08 ha of real estate, designed for a multi-purpose service centre.
The area offers the following advantages:
- situated by the main road # 6,
- the northern part borders on to the Szczecin - Gdańsk railway line
- the site is highly visible to passing road and rail traffic
- land development will include bringing electricity, water and sewerage to the site
