TAX REDUCTIONS AND OTHER FACILITAIONS FOR INVESTORS

According to the Resolution No 150/XVI/99 of the Municipal Council of Włocławek of 28th December, 1999, the individuals engaging in business activity for the first time are exempted from immovable property taxes on the real estate owned by themselves:

a) from buildings or their parts connected with business activity other than farming or forestry, except for buildings or their parts allocated for social needs of persons occupying those premises, and from parts of buildings used for leading business activity.

b) from grounds connected with business activity other than farming or forestry except for dwelling houses.
